New Victory Theater Capital Campaign

The New 42nd Street gratefully acknowledges the generosity of the many organizations and individuals who embraced the idea that the time had come for a theater for youth in New York City. Their gifts helped build The New Victory Theater, which opened on December 11, 1995.

Sincere thanks to the Empire State Development Corporation, New York City Economic Development Corporation, and The 42nd Street Development Project. Their enlightened plan for the revitalization of 42nd Street provided the foundation on which The New Victory was established.

Recognition is extended to Times Square Center Associates whose commitment to the renewal of 42nd Street played a crucial role in the building of this Theater.
